Corsica Old-Fashioned Island

Corsica Old-Fashioned Island

Corsica (In Corsic Corsica, France Corse) is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, west of Apennine peninsula. Administrative Corsica is part of France and is divided into two departments, Corse-du-Sud with headquarters in Ajaccio, and Haute-Corse established in Bastia.
What we most now know about Corsica? After that it was Napoleon Bonaparte born in Ajaccio? After the terrorist attacks of various groups who are fighting for autonomy? After taking any of it is already known, Corsica offers much more: from the beautiful landscapes, good wines, unusual cheeses, a superb all the way to the extremely high prices and a limited number of hotels and tourist beds. In total, the 450 hotels are on the island, which have the around 130,000 beds. There is also a large number of auto camps for the modern nomads.
Balzac described Corsica as a French island, which is bathed in the Italian sun, although it has a unique, totally unique character. This beautiful, wild island in the Mediterranean Sea is like a large outdoor playground, which throughout the day offers you a wide selection of activities, at the evening offer the French cuisine, wine and music, which reflects the character of the Mediterranean.

Corsica Old-Fashioned Island

Corsica is under French only 200 years, but it has maintained a number, only its own features: gastronomy, music and culture. Corsica has integrity and is a little old-fashioned. Island, on which Napoleon Bonaparte was born, have not a lack of goodness and of national pride.
