The Fontainebleau Castle is one of the important castles in France, just 60 kilometers south of Paris. The first brick was layed around the 12th century, and constructions lasted till around the 19th.
The Château de Fontainebleau was the home to many, notably François, Marie Antoinette, and Napoleon.Fontainebleau is one of the most elegant castles in France, beautifully decorated and furnished with wood pannelling, gilded carvings, frescoes, tapestries and paintings.
